Powerpuff Bubbles

She is the Powerpuff Girls’ cutest sister. Her name is Bubbles which makes her even cuter. This bubbly girl is the cute and sensitive one. Her personality ingredient is sugar, her signature color is baby blue, and she has short blonde hair in two pigtails. She tends to act like the baby of the group, despite being the same age as her sisters, but she sometimes can get extremely mad. Her best friend is a stuffed octopus doll she calls "Octi".
